For more than 25 years, we have contributed to the development of the cities where we operate, paying close attention to the environmental impact and the way public spaces shape community life. Creating and expanding green areas open to the public remains a priority in our projects.
Impact:
We have provided communities with over 180,000 sqm of green spaces and urban gardens.
From the first collection point to recycling, we carefully manage the waste route in our projects. We have implemented an integrated selective waste collection system for household and compostable waste, which processes food waste from the food court and plant waste from the gardens.
Impact:
We reduce household waste by up to 40%.
The most effective way to decarbonize cities is to reduce energy consumption and use as many renewable sources as possible. Across all our properties, we have installed photovoltaic panels, which help us save approximately 10% of the Group’s total energy consumption.
Impact:
Each year, we eliminate approximately 1,500 tons of CO₂, equivalent to the amount absorbed by a mature forest of over 20,000 trees.
In recent years, urban mobility has been gradually shifting from a car-centered model to one focused on people and sustainable solutions. Through our projects, we actively support this transformation: we encourage walking, cycling, and scooter use, and we optimize existing infrastructure to reduce car dependency.
Impact:
We contribute to shaping a new vision for urban mobility.
Strong communities take shape in places that bring people together and create a context for meaningful initiatives. We embrace the role of creating such spaces, where concern for the environment, education, and quality becomes a common goal.
Impact:
We create spaces and initiatives that bring people together and strengthen the bonds within the communities where we operate.
The benchmarks presented here reflect the results of our commitment to sustainability—from portfolio certification and the use of renewable energy to investments in green spaces, mobility, and economic development. These indicators confirm a long-term vision for greener, more connected cities and stronger communities.
