To maintain the same direction across the entire IULIUS Group, we use a coordination framework inspired by international best practices in corporate governance, which ensures coherence and continuity in the implementation of our sustainability strategy.

Integrating sustainability into our organizational culture begins with a dedicated structure. The Sustainability Committee, consisting of members of top management, sets long-term directions and provides the expertise needed to guide the evolution of our projects. This is the level at which objectives are defined and business and impact priorities are aligned.

Action and implementation

Sustainability task force

To translate strategic decisions into concrete actions, we have created the Sustainability Task Force, an operational group dedicated to implementing our sustainability strategy.

The Task Force brings together a chair and members from key areas of IULIUS’s operations, ensuring a balanced decision-making process and diverse representation of stakeholder perspectives.

The main responsibilities of the Sustainability Task Force are:

identifying development opportunities and integrating them into the IULIUS Group's Sustainability Strategy;

conducting ESG evaluations of new projects and significant changes to existing ones;

developing and implementing the Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS);

defining ESG performance indicators, including those related to environment, health, and safety;

developing and monitoring the ESG reporting system to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and transparent.
