Palas

More than a decade ago, we turned an unused central area in Iasi into a meeting point for the city. This is how Palas was born – the first mixed-use urban regeneration complex in Romania, next to the Palace of Culture. 

Today, Palas is operating as an urban center in itself: a retail destination with anchor-brands and local concepts, an integrated business hub, a park and esplanades for events, along with spaces dedicated to culture and community. The pedestrian accessways and connections to the city are easy, and the green areas provide the place with rhythm and oxygen. The mix of uses, infrastructure and constant events turn Palas into an urban landmark that supports businesses and creates experiences for the inhabitants and visitors, day by day.
