The development project will have several consecutive phases. We are refitting the retail areas, and expand the retail section to +80,000 leasable sqm. We are bringing in brands in regional premiere, and the retailers are opening larger formats for the anchor stores. We are developing new entertainment spaces for families, and playgrounds, remodeling the park with interactive areas, and the esplanade in front of Luceafarul Theater will be reconfigured to include several relaxation and event oriented facilities. Congress Hall will be relocated and upgraded, and the connection to the Palace of Culture will be enhanced through a glazed façade designed to create visibility for this emblematic building.
