Code of ethical conduct
It outlines how we want to work together: with integrity, respect, and responsibility — both in our interactions with the public, partners, and customers, and within our own teams. The document explains the principles we follow in business and how each employee applies them on a daily basis.
Anti-corruption policy
Through our Anti-Corruption Policy, we commit to being a fair player in the market. We require all employees across the group companies to comply with the law and act with integrity in their interactions with suppliers, clients, competitors, and colleagues — without compromise, regardless of the circumstances.
Whistleblowing policy
It provides a secure and confidential channel for reporting irregularities, illegal behavior, or unethical conduct. We protect individuals who report in good faith and ensure that every report is reviewed fairly, independently, and with due seriousness.
Data protection and privacy policy
It explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal data of our employees, partners, and customers. We are guided by the strictest legal requirements and international standards, ensuring that information is secure and treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
Scope 1 & 2 decarbonization strategy
This strategy outlines the concrete steps we plan to take to significantly reduce our direct and indirect emissions (Scope 1 and 2), with a target of –78.9% by 2030, compared to 2019. It is aligned with the 1.5°C scenario and the SBTi methodology, and it supports our commitment to reaching Net Zero by 2050.
Climate transition plan
It explains, step by step, how we reduce carbon emissions — from increasing energy efficiency and using renewable energy, to implementing sustainable mobility solutions and adapting our projects to the effects of climate change.
Social responsibility policy
It defines the main directions through which we assume responsibility toward society and recognize the important role that every stakeholder group plays in fulfilling our mission.
Equity and diversity policy
It expresses our commitment to valuing and integrating diversity in all aspects of our work. We believe that differences between people bring new perspectives and strengthen trust in the relationships we build, both within our teams and with our partners and communities.
Human rights policy
Through this policy, we reaffirm our commitment to respecting human rights in all our activities. We establish an internal framework to ensure that no form of human rights violation has a place in our organizations or projects, nor in our relationships with partners.

It describes our expectations for suppliers and partners regarding ethics, respect for people, and care for the environment. We want to work alongside organizations that share the same standards of integrity and sustainability and that put them into practice in their day-to-day operations.
