We are continuously reducing the climate impact of our projects in order to achieve the Net Zero Carbon objective.
Climate transition is one of our priorities. We invest in energy efficiency, renewable sources, and urban mobility solutions that are friendly to the city.
We contribute to reducing the carbon footprint and increasing the energy efficiency of our projects by:
Our plan aligns with the European Union’s objective of achieving climate neutrality by 2050. We are committed to developing more responsible and resilient communities, where people can thrive over the long term.

The implementation of the plan is coordinated by the Sustainability Committee and the Sustainability Task Force, in line with ESRS standards and CSRD requirements.

Aligned with the 1.5°C objective
A 78.9% reduction in emissions per m² by 2030
What we need to do
More green energy and the gradual phase-out of fossil fuels in new buildings
Why this scenario
The scenario is aligned with the targets of the Paris Agreement
The ‘New Buildings Sector Guidance’ methodology requires a reduction in energy intensity per square meter, so that buildings use less energy for the same level of comfort.
To achieve our objective, in addition to the activities initially planned, the following will also be required:
Implementation
of the initiatives
We improve the efficiency of technical systems, optimize day-to-day operations, and enhance the energy performance of existing buildings.
85% green
electricity
We aim for at least 85% of the electricity used in our buildings to come from green sources by 2030.
Phase-out
of fossil fuels
We are gradually phasing out fossil fuels in 100% of our new buildings.

Key levers for achieving Net Zero
Scope 1:
We implement alternative heating systems, such as heat pumps and biogas, and we are gradually transitioning to electrify our own fleet.
Scope 2:
We replace existing refrigerants with environmentally friendly alternatives.
Scope 3:
We invest in our own renewable energy sources and purchase green energy through Guarantees of Origin certificates.
Scope 4:
We offset or neutralize the emissions that cannot be eliminated, so that they account for less than 10% by 2050.
